Salad: Mixed green salad with pears, goat cheese & roasted walnuts with a raspberry vinaigrette paired with our Pinot Grigio
Entrée: Beef tenderloin medallions with Dijon balsamic cream sauce, parsley new potatoes, and grilled vegetables paired with our Kick Butt Cab 2006
Dessert: Chocolate Almond Torte paired with your choice of our Orange Moscato or the Port Rubino
